Furthermore initiating a transaction on this website ,"solefactory.co", you agree to be bound by our refund/return policy. You acknowledge , that you understand shippings times may take up to 21 business days due to fulfillment out of our control.  As for claims on inauthenticity, due to inconsistencies in the authentication process, WE DO NOT acknowledge 3rd party authenticators and or legit checks from outside resources, nor do we hold any responsibility for items that are rejected from 3rd party resale apps... Again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Prior to purchasing all buyers must acknowledge they have read the terms of service.. One is unable to purchase without reading the terms in full and checking off the confirmation box. To initiate a chargeback , would result in a breach of terms.

Sole Factory  will visually inspect the item and make sure the item is correct. If Sole Factory determines the item is correct, Sole Factory will ship the item to the buyer. Sole Factory  is an online consignment. Sole Factory receives our inventory from retail stores, third party vendors, suppliers, sellers, and personal collection. Sole Factory attempts to authenticate the best of our ability. Sole Factory may also not receive the items and sometimes have our third party vendors ship directly to the consumer. If
